PRE AND POST-NATAL TRAINING
The female body changes drastically during the relatively short time of pregnancy and the post-partum period. I love working with mamas to harness these changes to support healthy pregnancies and healthy mamas. It can be confusing and overwhelming to figure out how to do what’s best for your baby AND what’s best for your body and I am happy to say these are not mutually exclusive! I have been working with mothers to be and new mamas for years, but after becoming a mother myself, I know first hand the duress of pregnancy, childbirth, and just plain running after a kid! More importantly, I understand the importance of taking time for yourself and your body:) |
